The Library is getting a visit from the “Plant-Mobile!” Presented by the Massachusetts Horticultural Society, this program will teach kids that soil is the home to many creatures big and small. They will discover through inquiry and experimenting, why and how soil is so important to not only humans, but the entirety of our planet.

The Why’s and When’s of Car Maintenance helps you get an overview of car maintenance from Chaya Milchtein of Mechanic Shop Femme. Learn when to perform specific maintenance tasks, and of course why – including changing oil and filters, tire pressure, coolant, and much more.

Kids 5-9 can grab their lab coats and join us to make, play with, and take home some classic slime.
