Enso Resonance — A Zen Buddhism inspired multi-art experience presented by Shalun Li

In today’s fast-paced world, the need for tranquility and mindfulness is more essential than ever. Many Zen concepts have already been brought into modern human life, such as meditation and minimalist lifestyle. At the core of Zen lies the wisdom to find peace within the chaos, I believe it’s a timeless guide to finding equilibrium amidst the whirlwind of modern life.

Our event explores the concept of Zen Buddhism with music performance and interactive visual art to create a unique immersive experience for the audience. It features Zen-inspired music, interactive visual art, and workshops. The harmonious interplay of auditory and visual elements aims to create moments of serenity and mindfulness, sparking inspiration for a more balanced and spiritually enriched lifestyle.

Personal Connection to Zen:
Growing up in China, I was often surrounded by references to Zen, although its full meaning eluded me. The idea of Zen always resonated with me, and in recent years, I’ve incorporated its concepts into various aspects of my life. It has brought me unparalleled serenity and mindfulness, helping me to balance the demands of modern city living. This personal connection and inspiration led me to create this event, sharing our interpretation of Zen with the audience.
