Get moving and reading this May! We’ve partnered with the Department of Public Works Parks and Open Spaces Division with additional support from the Brookline Library Foundation to bring a StoryWalk® to five parks across Brookline.

Our StoryWalks® can be found at the Brookline Ave Playground, Dane Park, Fisher Hill Reservoir Park, Griggs Park, and Halls Pond* all month! You can also catch a pop-up StoryWalk® at Clark Park Community Day on May 11.

The StoryWalk® is on yard signs around perimeters or walking paths of parks – read along as you walk from sign to sign! You can always answer questions and complete activities that go along with the book on each sign to bring the story to life.

If you visit our StoryWalk® at one or more parks, please fill out our survey to provide feedback on this project! We hope to offer more StoryWalks® in the future!

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Montpelier Vermont.  Storywalk® is a registered service mark owned by the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. StoryWalks
